Dubuque Camera Club member Henry Matthiessen III  is hosting a special event at his Stoned Art Studio & Gallery on the Central Avenue Curve.  All River Road Talent (ARRT)  has expanded its artistic road trip route to include artists in the city of Dubuque.  Enjoy a release party for  the Scenic Art Loop to Dubuque on Thursday, February 6 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
